What is Daily Hustle?
Daily Hustle gives you 12 different workouts with video support that you can access anytime! Plus, you will receive 5 Daily moves that can be done in 5 minutes or LESS to tone and tighten notorious “trouble zones”. You also receive meal plans to last you through the 8 week program. That means 5 meals a day, 7 days a week, for 8 weeks! You will have an online community with Daily Hustle as well as will always have access to it as well!
As a wife and mother, I found myself drowning in work, errands, after school activities, household chores, etc. My routine had become….a continuous cycle that quickly became overwhelming. My days were filled with trouble shooting for everyone. I love a challenge, so I was always finding new ways to make it all work. The one thing that was lost in my life was time for myself.
As time went along, as it always does, I found my clothes were not fitting quite like they once did. I ignored it at first thinking I was just bloated that day. Days turned into weeks, weeks turned into months. I knew my weight was spiraling out of control and the more I attempted to reel it in, the harder it was and the further away I seemed to be from where I had started.
One day, I guess I decided this was it! No more being depressed about the extra weight that I gained, no more melt downs in my closet when it was time to get ready for a night out, just no more!
Where was I going to “find” the time to workout? That was my question. There was something wrong with this question. How does one find time? Time is given, it’s just there. What we choose to do with it is a choice. One hour seemed daunting to take out of my day to perform a workout. Half of that seemed achievable! So, that’s what I decided to do.
I started out exercising in my living room or bedroom for 20 minutes, 3 days a week. It wasn’t always easy and it was sometimes sandwiched between other chores or activities, but the longer I did it, the better I felt! I couldn’t believe how much better I felt. Before long, I started seeing results and it made me want to do more. So, I did! I added another day to my regime.
You see, I finally made a commitment to myself! Starting with small goals helped me to be successful! I added goals along the way and I continue to revise those goals. If I’m not 100%, it makes it hard to achieve all the daily tasks on my list. I’m still a busy mom to this day! I’m still able to fit in that 20 minutes a day for myself. Being able to give the best part of myself to others is important to me, and now I can do that!
